In the unlikely case that there is an electrical fault with an item purchased, it can be claimed & replaced under warranty. 

For all retail purchases: to make a claim, return the defective product back to the place of purchase where it will be replaced.

Information required to raise a warranty claim:

  1. Date of purchase
  2. Details of where the product was purchased
  3. Product Name / Model Number
  4. Confirmation of purchase receipt
  5. Details of the problem with your product


We recommend attaching a copy of your purchase receipt to the instruction booklet that comes with the item, then store it in a safe place so you can easily find if something does go wrong.
