PEACE OF MIND PURCHASING

 

BaByliss PRO Electricals are built to the highest professional national & international standards , so you can rest assured when purchasing a new BaByliss PRO Styling Tool.

In the unlikely case that there is an electrical fault with an item purchased, it can be claimed & replaced under warranty. 

For all retail purchases to make a claim, simply return the defective product back to the place of purchase where it will be tested & replaced.

The information required to raise a warranty claim:

  • Date of purchase

  • Details of where the product was purchased

  • Product Name / Model Number

  • Confimation of purchase receipt or invoice

  • Details of the problem with your product


We recommend attaching a copy of your purchase receipt to the instruction booklet that comes with the item, then store it in a safe place so you can easily find if something does go wrong. 


Please note:

  • We only assist with Australian models of BaBylissPRO

  • Using an international model in a region other than what the product is specified for will void the warranty (unless specified as dual-voltage)

  • Haircare Australia clients can claim directly through BaBylissPRO. Please email with the information required to raise a warranty claim to have replacements arranged
